About this Research Topic
One of the major aims to advancing computational and statistical analysis of brain images is to assist differentiation and early detection of various neurological and psychiatric diseases. Recent breakthroughs in decoding brains from high quality non-invasive imaging have shown potential to bring quantitative evidence-based and intelligent assistance for clinical applications.
This Research Topic seeks contributions in the form of original research articles, reviews as well as short communication to bridge advances in neuroimaging methodologies and the real-world prediction, diagnosis, and prognosis of various neurological and psychiatric diseases.
Keywords: neurological disorders, MRI, Medical imaging computing, intelligent computing, computer-aided diagnosis
Important Note: All contributions to this Research Topic must be within the scope of the section and journal to which they are submitted, as defined in their mission statements. Frontiers reserves the right to guide an out-of-scope manuscript to a more suitable section or journal at any stage of peer review.
