Also, TCM focuses on strengthening the body’s defences, offering multiple prevention and long-term treatment strategies.

The Internet of Things (IoT) is revolutionizing respiratory healthcare by enabling real-time monitoring, data-driven decision-making, and personalized treatment. IoT-enabled devices can track lung function in real time. Furthermore, IoT improves diagnostic accuracy by aggregating data from multiple sources, which also helps to detect early signs of disease. TCM and IoT are hardly mutually exclusive. In fact, diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disease needs more integrative strategies to tackle current problems.
