Abstract
With the accelerated aging of the global population, frailty management in older adults has become a major public health issueconcern. As an emerging model, smart health management provides personalized and accessible healthcare services for frailty management by integrating information technologies, such as remote monitoring, mobile health, smart home systems, artificial intelligence, and digital twins. This strategy substantially improves both the efficiency and quality of care. Smart health management faces challenges, such asis confronted with challenges including data security and privacy concerns, technology acceptance, training issuesinsufficient training opportunities, and the need for interdisciplinary cooperation; nonetheless, it offers advantages, including improved monitoring efficiency, personalized health management, and reduced medical costs. This article elucidates progress in the application of smart health management in frailty management among older adults, analyzing its advantages, challenges, and future directions.
