Currently, the development mode of China's marine fisheries remains relatively extensive, with a simplistic production structure. The profits of China's marine fisheries industry have continued to decline, and the economic development of the fisheries sector faces significant challenges. In order to realize the high-quality development of marine fisheries in the future, this paper analyzes the connotation of marine fisheries and marine fisheries law enforcement by applying the literature review method and case study method. It combs through the international legal foundations and domestic legal bases for the protection of marine fisheries. The paper also discusses various law enforcement cases related to marine fisheries. The primary purpose is to demonstrate the role of law enforcement in promoting marine fisheries governance in China.
