I am sorry that I have to submit a correction to address three issues in the paper "Reconstruction and Functional Annotation of P311 Protein-Protein Interaction Network Reveals its New Functions".
1) The reference listed in the paper "Becker, E., Robisson, B., Chapple, C. E., Guénoche, A., and Brun, C. (2011). Multifunctional proteins revealed by overlapping clustering in protein interaction network. Bioinformatics 28, 84–90. doi: 10.1093/bioinformatics/ btr621" should be "Becker, E., Robisson, B., Chapple, C. E., Guénoche, A., and Brun, C. (2012). Multifunctional proteins revealed by overlapping clustering in protein interaction network. Bioinformatics 28, 84–90. doi: 10.1093/bioinformatics/ btr621".
2) The number of China’s NSFC grants program should be 81630055, not 8163005 listed in the paper.
3) We have revised the readme in the supplementary file(supplementary material 4). A copy of the code from "Becker, E., Robisson, B., Chapple, C. E., Guénoche, A., and Brun, C. (2012). Multifunctional proteins revealed by overlapping clustering in protein interaction network. Bioinformatics 28, 84–90. doi: 10.1093/bioinformatics/ btr621" was placed in the supplementary files along with an edited README file.
