PG contributed all aspects of study design and collection of MRI data as part of her PhD study. She and was involved in development of research questions, methodology, data analysis and the overall preparation and writing of the manuscript. CD contributed to the literature reviews and study design, was involved in all aspects of data analysis and the overall preparation and writing of the manuscript. She undertook this research as part of her Honours thesis. KC was CD Honours primary supervisor and contributed to the original concept for this study and participated in all aspects of the design, research questions, methodology, data analysis, manuscript preparation and revision. JD contributed to study design and was involved in data analysis and the overall preparation and writing of the manuscript. HD, VD and CW contributed to study design and writing of the manuscript.
