This study examines the antecedents and outcomes of value co-creation among women entrepreneurs, emphasizing the importance of addressing the unique challenges they encounter in entrepreneurial activities. While prior studies have investigated women's entrepreneurial motivations and barriers, the concept of value co-creation in this context remains insufficiently explored, thereby limiting theoretical development in the field. This conceptual paper develops a model derived from an extensive, critical, and multidisciplinary literature review. The review synthesizes insights from entrepreneurship, management, and network theory to explain how individual dynamic capabilities, opportunity recognition, entrepreneurial orientation, and entrepreneurial networks collectively foster value co-creation among women entrepreneurs. The study identifies four key antecedents of value co-creation: individual dynamic capabilities, opportunity recognition, entrepreneurial orientation, and entrepreneurial networks. It also proposes that value co-creation positively influences business performance. The study introduces an integrative conceptual framework and formulates five testable hypotheses to guide future empirical research. The paper provides theoretical and practical insights for policymakers and entrepreneurship support organizations to enhance women's entrepreneurial success through value co-creation strategies.
