Malaria remains a pressing global concern, necessitating concerted efforts towards its elimination. This collection endeavors to highlight recent strides in the domain of malaria control and elimination strategies, emphasizing pioneering methodologies and their efficacious deployment across diverse contexts. The breadth of discussions encompasses groundbreaking drug therapies, innovations in vector control, advancements in vaccine development, grassroots interventions, cutting-edge surveillance technologies, and collaborative interdisciplinary efforts.

Through the curation of this Research Topic, our aim is to foster dialogue, disseminate exemplary practices, and catalyze novel initiatives to hasten progress towards the ultimate objective of eradicating malaria. We invite contributions on a range of pertinent topics, including:
