Latest studies emphasize achievements in continuous health monitoring through smart wearable sensors integrated with real-time predictive analytics, point-of-care diagnostic solutions, and secure health data management driven by blockchain and distributed ledger innovations. Nevertheless, gaps persist related to robust miniaturization, biocompatibility, seamless technology integration, and addressing ethical and regulatory concerns comprehensively.
