Non-invasive cardiovascular imaging has revolutionized the diagnosis and management of heart diseases by providing crucial insights without requiring invasive procedures. Objective: The objective of this Research Topic is to collate and disseminate the latest advancements and interdisciplinary approaches in non-invasive cardiovascular imaging. This includes understanding basic heart functions, enhancing diagnosis through genetic profiling, managing heart failure with advanced imaging techniques, and applying imaging insights to discover and manage primary and secondary cardiomyopathies. Furthermore, it explores the relationships within the heart-brain-eye axis, the impact of hyperlipidemia, and the effects of nutrition and fasting on cardiovascular health.
