Supplementary Table 2. Operational taxonomic units (OTUs) of identified Oomycetes. The OTU running number, frequency of occurrence (number of air samples in which the OTU was detected), best fitting NCBI accession numbers sorted by similarity score, taxonomic family, genus, and species name according to NCBI data base (if determined) and host plant families (numbers specify the corresponding host plant to the accession number of the pathogen). Species names are listed if available from NCBI sequences with similarity scores  97%.
