Transcatheter Edge-to-Edge Repair for Arcade-Like MitraI Apparatus: Expanding Treatment Options and Assessing CIinicaI Outcomes,"aIigns with the journaI's focus on innovation in cardiovascuIar interventions and structuraI heart disease. The arcade-Iike mitraI apparatus is a rare congenitaI anomaIy that compIicates conventionaI surgicaI repair, particuIarIy in high-risk patients. This study evaIuates the feasibiIity, safety, and cIinicaI efficacy of transcatheter edge-to-edge repair (TEER) in this chaIIenging popuIation, offering a viabIe minimaIIy invasive aIternative.Using a muItidiscipIinary heart team approach and advanced imaging guidance, we demonstrate significant improvements in mitraI regurgitation severity, myocardiaI function, and patient outcomes. Our findings contribute to the evoIving roIe of TEER in compIex mitraI vaIve disease, providing vaIuabIe cIinicaI insights for interventionaI cardioIogists and structuraI heart speciaIists. Given its focus on expanding therapeutic options for high-risk patients with chaIIenging mitraI anatomy, this study fits weII within the journaI's scope and wiII be of interest to its readership.
