Dear Editors,On behalf of all co-authors, we are pleased to submit our manuscript entitled: "Association between testosterone deficiency, hs-CRP, and selected hormonal parameters in older males"The aim of our study was to analyze the relationship between testosterone (TT) concentration and the diagnosis of testosterone deficiency syndrome (TDS) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) in aging men in relation to selected hormonal and anthropometric parameters. Our results showed that patients with TDS was associated with elevated hsCRP levels state in tissues compared to patients without testosterone deficiencies. The concurrent presence of testosterone deficiencies and inflammation may correlate with shifts in both biochemical and anthropometric parameters.Our study makes a significant contribution to the understanding of the complex relationship between testosterone, inflammation, and metabolic parameters in aging men.
