The Nanoelectronics section publishes high-quality experimental and theoretical research related to the design, fabrication, simulation, characterisation, and application of inorganic and organic nanoelectronic systems and devices utilised in a broad range of application areas such as brain-inspired computing, quantum information technology and sensing. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to:
• Quantum nanoelectronics
• Neuromorphic and brain-inspired nanoelectronics
• Nano acousto-electronics
• Nano opto-electronics
• Organic/molecular nanoelectronics
• Nano spin electronics/magnonics
• Nanoelectronics materials
• Topological nanoelectronics
The nanoelectronics section also encourages submissions in fields of nanoelectromechanical systems (NEMS) as well as computational nanoelectronics.
