The article examines the role of cellular senescence in epilepsy, highlighting its significant impact on human physiology and diseases, and emphasizing the potential importance of this less-explored area.2. Methodology: The study analyzes differentially expressed genes from the GEO database, cross-referencing them with cellular senescence-related genes to reveal correlations with clinical phenotypes through data analysis.3. Bioinformatics Analysis: Utilizing GO, KEGG, and GSEA methods, the study investigates the functional enrichment and biological process differences of cellular senescence-related genes in epilepsy, clarifying their biological roles.
