Opposition is usually carried out by political parties outside the government to control government performance. However, in the era of Governor Anies, the central government opposed the government of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. This research analyzes the behavior of the central government's political opposition and buzzers toward Anies Baswedan's policies, especially in preparing the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) and handling COVID-19. This research uses documentary data collection techniques from social media, online media, journal articles, and qualitative analysis techniques using the NVivo 12 plus data processing application. The research results show that the central government's rejection of Governor Anies' policies in handling COVID-19 needs to be more constructive. The central government's critical attitude towards Governor Anies' policies in handling COVID-19 is based more on the ego of power. In contrast, the political buzzer's rejection of Governor Anies' policies in discussing the APBD and handling floods is based more on hatred towards Anies' personality. Number. The results of this research and discussion inspire the need to develop a constructive critical attitude so that government can run effectively.
