A corrigendum on
Inquiring children and elementary school teachers to diagnose their conceptions about islands

by Vasconcelos, C., and Paz, M. (2023). Front. Educ. 8:1115984. doi: 10.3389/feduc.2023.1115984

In the published article, there was an error regarding the affiliation for Clara Vasconcelos. As well as having affiliation 1, they should also have Science Teaching Unit, Department of Geoscience, Environmental and Land Planning, Faculty of Sciences, University of Proto, Porto, Portugal.

The authors apologize for this error and state that this does not change the scientific conclusions of the article in any way. The original article has been updated.
