Read moreFrontiers in Climate publishes rigorously peer-reviewed, cutting-edge research on a broad range of topics that cover the applications of scientific advances in climate research, with a focus on mitigation and adaptation in the Anthropocene (in line with SDGs). In light of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change warning of the global challenges facing societies and ecosystems of surviving in a world warmed above pre-industrial levels by 1.5◦C, or beyond, international collaboration across all disciplines is required.
Our journal’s key sections bring together emissions/mitigation experts, climate modellers, and adaptation experts in one place alongside the latest research into climate policy and economic drivers. Led by an outstanding Editorial Board of international experts, this multidisciplinary open-access journal is at the forefront of disseminating and communicating scientific knowledge and impactful discoveries to researchers, academics and the public worldwide.
We welcome high quality submissions in:
Attribution science, negative emission technologies, greenhouse gas reduction and climate technology, climate modelling and projections, climate risk management, climate services, climate policy and legislation, climate economics, and research advancing climate adaptation, mitigation and resilience strategies and technologies.
