Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm (IPMN) with invasive carcinoma is a rare t ype of pancreatic cancer that has a better prognosis than classic pancreatic infiltratin g ductal carcinoma. Most distant metastases occur in the lymph nodes, lungs, li ver, and bones at advanced stages. We report a rare case of an IPMN with invasive c arcinoma that metastasised to the uterus, resulting in long-term survival after debulki ng surgery combined with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy on a systemic tr eatment basis. This rare case highlights the need for oncologists and gynaecologists t o be vigilant regarding these uncommon metastatic diseases and exercise caution in di agnosis. Comprehensive treatments, including debulking surgery, may improve survi val.
