Background

Due to the remarkable success of the Research Topic 'Parasites at the One Health Interface' and the rapidly evolving subject area, we are pleased to launch Volume II for this topic.

The field of One Health, which emphasizes the interconnectedness of human, animal, and environmental health, has become a critical area of focus in health research. Among the various factors that contribute to this delicate equilibrium, parasitic infections, often overlooked, pose a significant threat.
