The aim of Animal Reproduction –Theriogenology is to publish peer-reviewed research and clinical papers on reproduction in domestic and wild animals. This publication aims to foster dissemination of high quality basic and applied clinical studies in all areas of animal reproduction. Topics covered include male and female reproductive physiology, sexual differentiation, endocrinology, gamete physiology, gamete preservation, in vitro production of embryos, embryo preservation, embryo transfer, physiology of pregnancy, reproductive management and efficiency, contraception, hormonal manipulation of reproduction, reproductive pathology, and diagnosis and treatment of reproductive disorders. Submissions of multidisciplinary research or clinical papers with reproduction component are highly encouraged. Timely scientific reviews of the literature on important topics to the scientist and clinicians are welcome. Case reports or case series are accepted if they provide new information on pathogenesis, diagnosis or treatment.

Animal Reproduction - Theriogenology welcomes submissions of the following article types: Brief Research Report, Case Report, Clinical Trial, Correction, Editorial, Hypothesis and Theory, Methods, Mini Review, Opinion, Original Research, Review, Systematic Review and Technology and Code.
All manuscripts must be submitted directly to the section Animal Reproduction - Theriogenology, where they are peer-reviewed by the Associate and Review Editors of the specialty section.
