“The AMR genes blaNDM−5 (1.10%, 2/181), mcr-1 (1.10%, 2/181), tet(X4) (1.10%, 2/181), and cfr (6.08%, 2/181) were also found in these isolates.”
The corrected sentence appears below:
“The AMR genes blaNDM−5 (1.10%, 2/181), mcr-1 (1.10%, 2/181), tet(X4) (1.10%, 2/181), and cfr (6.08%, 11/181) were also found in these isolates.”
The authors apologize for this error and state that this does not change the scientific conclusions of the article in any way. The original article has been updated.
