The culture of computer laboratories and equipment in universities is an important component of university culture. Strengthening the construction of laboratory and equipment culture is an inevitable requirement for implementing the goal of moral education, improving the level of experimental teaching, and innovating scientific research achievements. In response to the limitations of experimental teaching content and the lack of integration of ideological and political elements, we aim to integrate ideological and political connotations into experimental knowledge content from multiple dimensions throughout the entire process, enabling students to achieve growth in professional competence, spiritual character, and ideological realm; Aiming at the problem of outdated experimental equipment and limited cultivation of innovative thinking in courses, a new teaching model i.e., "learning competition conjugation" is proposed to innovate and apply laboratory equipment; In response to the fixed functions of the laboratory and the single mode of practical education, based on the integration of science and education, we aim to create an open platform for practical education. To address the problem of fixed thinking patterns in science popularization and insufficient leadership in innovation, we will create a science popularization education platform to drive the creation of an innovative atmosphere. This paper provides a good practical foundation and reference for the construction of laboratory culture in the universities.
