Mechanical processing production management exerts a key role in optimizing production efficiency and ensuring product quality. Traditional management methods are facing many challenges, including equipment failures, lack of flexibility in resource scheduling, and low production efficiency. Therefore, the research proposes a mechanical processing production management technology based on event scheduling and digital management system to improve production efficiency and order qualification rate while reducing costs. The research aims to build a digital management system that integrates Internet of Things and data analysis technologies to achieve real-time monitoring and management. A multi-objective event scheduling method that integrates Whale Optimization Algorithm-Grey Wolf Optimization (WOA-GWO) is designed to optimize the production process. The recognition accuracy defined as the system's ability to correctly identify key production events or anomalies ultimately stabilized at around 98%. In practical enterprise applications, the resource utilization rate of the event scheduling and digital management system remained above 90%, and the production cost remained below CNY 100,000 in the 500th batch. The research method effectively improves the automation and intelligence level of mechanical processing production lines, enhancing the market competitiveness. The research aims to provide an intelligent and automated solution for mechanical processing production management, promote the advancement of production management technology, and enhance the market competitiveness.
