This case report illustrates an uncommon presentation of incomplete intestinal obstruction, characterized by abdominal distension and discomfort lasting one month, which led to the patient's hospitalization.. Computed Tomography (CT) revealed a small bowel space-occupying lesion located in the right mid-abdominal region. The patient was indicated for surgical intervention and subsequently underwent a partial resection of the small bowel. Histopathological and immunohistochemical analysis confirmed a diagnosis of grade III small bowel fibrosarcoma. The patient also received genetic testing and adjuvant chemotherapy. Following the surgical procedure, we monitored the patient for one year, during which no tumor recurrence or metastasis was observed. The aim of presenting this case is to provide clinical insights by sharing our therapeutic experience, discussing its limitations, and reviewing the relevant literature.
