Intelligent transport is becoming the main frontier development direction of modern transport by aggregating traffic information through cutting-edge technologies, providing traffic information services under real-time traffic data, and combining electronic information technology, Internet of Things, cloud computing and big data technology, etc.. The development of transport electrification is also an indispensable part of intelligent transport, especially the extensive use of new energy and the deepening of the structure of the intelligent manufacturing industry chain such as unmanned technology, wireless charging technology, which accelerates the development and exploration of new intelligent transport.
The main objective of this Research Topic is to feature innovative solutions based on intelligence and electrification to enhance the real-time and reliability of transport systems.
