Objective: The purpose of this study is to systematize the scientific evidence related to cyberbullying in the educational environment and its impact on the human dimensions of students. Methodology: A systematic review of scientific articles available in the Scopus database was conducted, covering the period from 2019 to 2023, during which 73 academic manuscripts were identified for evaluation. Results: The analysis of the scientific evidence reveals a high prevalence of cyberbullying, identifying variables that trigger this social phenomenon. This impact significantly affects the dignity of victims, primarily in the psychological, social, and cognitive dimensions, resulting in symptoms such as anxiety, low selfesteem, stress, and isolation, as well as difficulties in interpersonal relationships. In the academic sphere, there is a noticeable decline in academic performance and a high dropout rate. Furthermore, the lack of parental supervision regarding the use of various digital platforms contributes to the perpetuation of this type of violence, leading to addictive and aggressive behaviors manifested in bullying and intentional harm, characterized by a power imbalance and lack of control. Conclusions: Cyberbullying has adverse effects on the mental, physical, and social health of students, fostering risk behaviors that deteriorate their overall well-being. Although various studies have been conducted on this topic, contributions to the theoretical framework addressing this phenomenon are limited. Therefore, it is essential to implement prevention and support programs that include strategies tailored to the students' context.
