The rapid development of digital technologies is reshaping occupational structures and the knowledge and skill frameworks of talent, making the digitalization of education and the enhancement of graduate students' digital literacy an essential trend in national education reform. In response to the demand for high-level research talent in the era of artificial intelligence, this paper explores the cultivation pathways for graduate students' digital literacy in the context of education , with a particular emphasis on digital education. Using the Nonlinear Control Systems course as a case study, it advocates for integrating sustainable digital education as a core concept within the curriculum. The paper proposes a customized, integrated cultivation system for enhancing digital literacy and skills, tailored specifically to the needs of control systems education. It strengthens goal-oriented teaching, actively promotes Industry-Education Integration, optimizes the talent development model that unites industry, academia, and research, improves the evaluation system, and enhances the digital literacy of graduate student advisors. These measures aim to promote the sustainable development of digital literacy and skills among graduate students in control disciplines, fostering the diversification and continuous growth of their digital capabilities, and preparing them to meet the demands of an increasingly digitalized research environment.
