The study investigated family support and psychological immunity among 555 female high school students in Al-Kharj Governorate. Results showed a high level of family support (mean 4.48) but only a medium level of psychological immunity (mean 3.23) among students. There was no correlation between family support and psychological immunity. Educational level and marital status of parents did not significantly affect family support levels. Similarly, academic achievement did not significantly impact psychological immunity. The study recommended organizing school events and promoting cooperation between societal institutions to boost psychological immunity among female students in secondary school.
