Research on Factors Influencing the Performance of Public Health Governance in Ethnic Areas of Sichuan Province--Based on the TOE Framework

【Abstract】To better improve the performance of public health governance of the government of ethnic areas in Sichuan Province, and to promote the high-quality development of health and health undertakings in the area. This paper adopts qualitative comparative analysis, necessary condition analysis with TOE framework to process the data of Sichuan Health and Health Statistics Yearbook, Sichuan Statistical Yearbook, and Sichuan Science and Technology Yearbook. The results show that big data technology, ecological environment and public opinion environment have a significant impact on the performance of government public health governance in ethnic areas of Sichuan Province when they play a major role respectively; the synergistic combination of the three conditions of technology, organisation and environment is conducive to the performance of government public health governance in ethnic areas of Sichuan Province. Therefore, this paper suggests that the region develops digital economy; improves the ecological environment; strengthens public opinion management; and exerts the synergistic governance effect of technological, organisational and environmental conditions.
