Instead, they are assigned to affiliation 1 “Department of Health Policy, Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.”

Author Elena von der Lippe was erroneously spelled as Elena Von Der Lippe, with capitalization incorrectly applied.
