The hypothesis underlying this research is that a participatory research/co-design experience, within a specific territorial context, can foster interaction between the social actors involved, enabling interesting mechanisms of transformation of the infrastructure network. We applied the methodology of social network analysis. We evaluated two interaction systems and observed how actors connect and how behaviour is influenced, impacting the network infrastructure. Our results show that a participatory research/co-design experience can create an engagement strategy and network infrastructure capable of implementing local welfare.
