Feedback valence and team creativity: A review of the literature and research perspectives

    Work, especially the creative work in modern organization, is usually completed in teams, and team creativity is becoming increasingly crucial to organizations. Feedback can help creative employees discover the "opening" for innovation. Among different variables of feedback, feedback valence is one of the most basic factors. This paper provides a direction for scholars to further study the relationship between feedback valence and team creativity by summarizing its existing literature-sorting, analyzing and summarizing the research progress, research problems, research results and theoretical basis. It lays a theoretical foundation for the question of how to improve team creativity and innovation performance through feedback valence in management practice.
