Influence of physical exercise on health improvement in elderly cancer patients: a systematic review

The significance of our study lies in its systematic review and critical analysis where we identified 3,593 articles in the databases PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, and Cochrane, the authors analyzed 15 randomized controlled trials with exercise interventions presenting evidence from individual exercise, group exercise, home exercise and multimodal exercise programs, demonstrating positive imp acts on the physical and mental health and quality of life of elderly cancer patientsb. This research is particularly relevant in the current health landscape, as it provides valuable information on Physical exercise approaches such as demonstrating results in the recovery of physical and mental health and the quality of life of elderly cancer patients.
