In the published article, there was an error regarding the affiliations for Silvia Baldiris. As well as having affiliation 2, they should also have “Dirección Territorial Atlántico, Cesar, Magdalena y La Guajira, Escuela Superior de Administración Pública, Barranquilla, Colombia”.
