Affiliation School of Finance and Public Economics, Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, Taiyuan, China was omitted for author Junhan Zhou, who was incorrectly assigned the affiliation “Lingnan College, Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China”. The new affiliation has now been added.
