This paper proposes an evolutionary game algorithm for cross-border e-commerce logistics (CBE-CL) information sharing that integrates blockchain to enhance the quality, safety and reliability of CBE-CL services in response to the logistics information sharing problems faced in the CBE-CL transportation process. Specifically, an evolutionary game model of information sharing is constructed with the business side of cross-border e-commerce platform and CBE-CL contractors as the main body, which mainly investigates the roles of key factors, such as the degree of information sharing, the ability to absorb and apply information, the benefits of cooperation, the level of incentives, the cost of information sharing, and the level of risk, in the cross-border e-commerce information sharing behavior. The decision-making model helps address the data silo problem in CBE-CL and improves the efficiency of CBE-CL. In addition, a three-party evolutionary game model including cross-border e-commerce platform business parties, CBE-CL contractors, and cross-border e-commerce goods consumers is constructed by using an evolutionary game theory approach. The risks and costs of the information sharing participants are analyzed by determining the benefit matrix and replicating the dynamic equations of the model, analyzing the stability conditions of the equilibrium points in the system, and the specific impacts of different variables on the strategic choices of the parties in the game. On this basis, a CBE-CL information sharing system scheme integrating blockchain technology is proposed with blockchain as the core technology architecture to optimize the way of information sharing among the participants in CBE-CL and to solve the problems of information security in the traditional CBE-CL information sharing system. Finally, the effectiveness and superiority of the method proposed in this paper are illustrated through experimental analysis, and the calculation results show that the use of the proposed algorithm can significantly improve the operational efficiency and service quality of the participants of CBE-CL information sharing, and improve the service level of e-commerce logistics.
