Dear Editor and Review Committee Members: We are submitting the manuscript titled "Cognitive Behavioral Therapy's Impact on Anxiety, Depression, and Quality of Life in Patients with Head and Neck Cancer: A Systematic Review," which aims to explore the role of CBT in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with head and neck cancer . This manuscript aligns closely with the mission and scope of "Frontiers in Psychology" for the following reasons: (1)The study focuses on the application of CBT in patients with head and neck cancer, consistent with the journal's commitment to publishing research on the clinical effects of psychological interventions.(2)Our systematic review combines theory and practice, assessing the impact of CBT on patients' cognition, mood, and quality of life. (3)The findings provide empirical evidence for psychological interventions in head and neck cancer patients, contributing to clinical practice. We believe this manuscript will offer valuable insights to readers and look forward to the journal's peer review comments with the hope of publication and advancement in the field. Sincerely,
