The manuscript title, "The Predictability of the Psychological Impact of Economic Crisis on Family Functioning within the Family Context in Sri Lanka," ties with the journal theme of "Novel Intervention Models Transcending Borders for Stress Management Volume III." This study examined how the economic crisis affects family functioning within the family context and contributes to the field of psychology. Finally, this research aims to provide valuable insights into the factors that influence family resilience in the face of economic crisis and how to strengthen family resilience and psychological adaptability throughout economic turmoil. Some resilience factors that have direct and indirect impacts on the economic crisis on family functioning within the family context. In the comparative analysis of studies on family resilience, the research findings revealed the factors contributing to family resilience and the psychological impact of financial hardship on family functioning within the family context during the economic crisis, to provide insights into effective strategies for supporting family well-being during times of economic hardship.
