This study aims to investigate the effects of child yoga practices on attention levels and frontal EEG theta/beta ratios in v olleyball players. In recent years, attention problems have become a common problem among young people and children. For this reason, it is thought to be important to examine the effect of yoga on a parameter that has recently become more important, especially attention skills. The findings of this study support that children's yoga is an effective intervention in increasing the attention levels of athletes. It is seen that children's yoga not only increases attention levels, but also contributes positively to the general mental and physical health of athletes. In this context, it is recommended to integrate yoga practices as a performance booster for athletes. Yoga should be considered as an important tool to improve the mental and physical performance of athletes and should be included in sports training programs.
