We have prepared point-by-point responses to each of the issues raised.The study topic "The Good Executive in the Wake of COVID-19: Using Story Completion to Study the Rise and Development of Alternative Selves" is interesting, relevant, and capable of contributing to the existing body of knowledge. The author(s) have put much effort into this appreciable study. However, some issues need to be addressed to enhance the quality of the paper. Therefore, a substantial revision is suggested.Thank you for your comments and positive feedback on the paper which enabled us to enhance the quality of our work.1. In the introduction section, the authors explain and summarize the research gaps and significance of the study in a more generalized background and context. Therefore, the authors need to summarize the research gaps and significance of the study by providing the current scenario and background in the context of Italian and English companies with recent and relevant references.
