The development of digitalization, big data, and information technology has brought a profound impact on higher education. Teaching of teachers in colleges and universities derives a new innovative ecology from the acquisition of information resources to the presentation of teaching means, from space and time, pattern, content, method and so on. Under the concept of comprehensive digital education, the efficient integration and innovation of curriculum expertise and professional education with the help of digital technology can help to enhance the digital ability and level of teachers of professional courses in colleges and universities and improve the goal of human education. To this end, the digital intelligence empowered college professional teachers' ideological and political teaching ability inspection model is constructed to require college professional teachers to diagnose and assess their own ideological and political teaching ability and plan the direction of their ideological and political teaching ability development and enhancement; and colleges and universities and management organizations can intuitively understand the performance level and training needs of college professional teachers' ideological and political teaching ability and improve their ideological and political teaching ability in a targeted and practical way. Colleges and universities and management organizations can more intuitively understand the performance level and training needs of college professional teachers' ideological and political teaching ability, so that they can effectively improve their ideological and political teaching ability in a targeted way.
