Research Centre of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts forms publishing agreement with Frontiers 

The Research Centre of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts has formed an institutional membership agreement for open access publishing with Frontiers. This institutional agreement means that eligible Research Centre of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts researchers may publish in any Frontiers journal at no cost to them and with a simplified process. Articles may benefit from a 10% membership discount. The Research Centre of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts supports its researchers in making their research more widely available. This agreement will further encourage Research Centre of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts researchers to publish open access, increasing the volume of research openly available. Oslo Metropolitan University forms open access publishing agreement with Frontiers

As part of this support, eligible authors from Oslo Metropolitan University will benefit from a 10% partnership discount under the terms of the Sikt Open Access Publishing Framework Agreement. Information for authors: To submit your article under this institutional agreement, please select ‘Oslo Metropolitan University’ as institutional payer in the invoice section when submitting your article. Authors affiliated with OsloMet should use their OsloMet email address and be the corresponding author for their manuscript. Frontiers will then verify your eligibility with OsloMet and if confirmed, the discounted invoice will be sent to you via Oslo Metropolitan University library. Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development (Hochschule für nachhaltige Entwicklung Eberswalde) has formed an institutional membership agreement for open access publishing with Frontiers. The institutional agreement means that eligible researchers will benefit from a streamlined invoicing process, managed directly between Frontiers and the Open Access team at the Library of the Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development. The National Oceanography Centre has joined the Frontiers – JISC national open access deal.

The National Oceanography Centre has joined the Frontiers – JISC national open access deal. We are delighted to announce that the National Oceanography Centre has joined the national open access deal agreed between Jisc Collections and Frontiers. This landmark deal provides a simplified and streamlined route to open access publishing for researchers in the UK, who publish 7% of the world’s research. The National Oceanography Centre supports its researchers in making their research widely available. As part of this deal, eligible authors will benefit from a streamlined invoicing process and the NOC will benefit from a discount on Article Processing Charges (APCs) for articles covered by this agreement. This agreement will further encourage National Oceanography Centre authors to publish open access, increasing uptake of open access to the results of mostly publicly funded research, to the benefit of the scholarly community and the public at large, while reducing costs. University of Veterinary Medicine Hannover (TiHo) and Frontiers form open access publishing agreement

University of Veterinary Medicine Hannover (TiHo) has formed an institutional membership agreement for open access publishing with Frontiers. The TiHo supports its researchers in making their research free and openly available. As part of this support, the new agreement with Frontiers will further encourage TiHo researchers to publish open access at reduced costs and under a streamlined central invoicing process. Eligible TiHo authors may benefit from a 7.5% membership discount in any Frontiers journal, which could be combined with any other applicable discounts, waivers and similar support schemes personally obtained by the authors. Information for TiHo researchers If you are an eligible TiHo researcher, please select “University of Veterinary Medicine Hannover (TiHo)” in the payment information section (“Frontiers institutional members”) when submitting your article. Frontiers will verify your eligibility with the TiHo Library and, if confirmed, apply the discount on the article processing charges (APCs). As part of this deal, eligible authors may publish in any Frontiers journal with a discount of 10% on Article Processing Charges (APCs) for articles. This agreement will further encourage University of Lincoln researchers to publish open access, increasing the volume of research openly available.
